Enjoy the best of both worlds by combining massage therapy with Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD). Have you ever been sore after a great massage? Muscle manipulation, while relaxing and unwinding tight muscles, may encourage the release of metabolites from the muscle tissue. Following your massage with MLD helps to process these released metabolites more quickly, reducing your chance of soreness the next day.
Incorporating Manual Lymph Drainage into a massage therapy session enhances the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy, while also being able to address other concerns that muscle manipulation cannot do alone.
Please read my Manual Lymph Drainage page to learn more about how this gentle yet powerful therapy can be the missing piece to your wellness journey.
Manual Lymph Drainage
(Vodder Method)

The lymphatic system needs movement, deep breathing, a healthy diet, sleep, and hydration to work well—most of us lack in one or more of these areas.
The lymphatic system is like the body's internal plumbing system, with the lymphatic fluid acting as a drainage pipe that carries away waste and toxins while simultaneously providing a cleansing bath for the cells. Just as a clean, flowing stream nourishes the surrounding environment, the lymphatic system helps bathe and refresh each cell, supporting its function and vitality. When the system becomes sluggish, it's like the pipes getting backed up, trapping toxins and disrupting the flow of important processes like digestion, circulation, and respiration—ultimately leaving the body feeling weighed down and out of sync.
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a gentle therapy that uses light, rhythmic touch to stimulate the lymphatic vessels just beneath the skin. By following a specific sequence, MLD helps improve lymph flow, supports detoxification, and enhances overall health.
Please hydrate before and after your session, and avoid heavy meals beforehand. Remember, MLD involves very light pressure, unlike traditional massage.
Holistic Facial Rejuvenation

$180 (120m)

Rejuvenation is an internal process by which the body renews itself. Rather than relying on synthetic products or traumatic procedures, allow natural therapies to get you glowing from the inside out.
This service includes scalp massage that promotes a calming "rest and digest" state, targeted upper body massage, easing tension in the chest and neck to improve circulation to the face. Intentional face massage helps reduce fine lines and stimulates cell activity.
These sessions may include:
Buccal (intra-oral) massage
Facial Gua Sha
Facial Reflexology
Manual Lymph Drainage uses light, rhythmic touch to relieve fluid stagnation, promoting skin clarity and elasticity while reducing inflammation and puffiness. Together, these therapies create a holistic ritual for health and beauty, yielding immediate and cumulative results.
Please arrive with a freshly cleaned face.

Each massage session has a specific purpose based on what you need. You might want to relax and reduce stress, relieve pain, balance your emotions, or boost your athletic performance.
To meet your needs, your massage can include a mix of different techniques and include hot stones and warm towels.
Swedish Massage: Focuses on relaxation with long, smooth strokes.
Deep Tissue Massage: Targets deeper muscle layers to ease chronic tension.
Fascia Release: Focuses on the connective tissue surrounding the organs and muscles—using gentle and sustained pressure to release tension, alleviate pain, and improve movement.
The goal is to help you feel truly comfortable and rejuvenated.
Meet Meredith
After over a decade as a veterinary nurse, Meredith found herself yearning for new ways to foster healing—approaches that could enhance quality of life without the more invasive techniques she had come to know in veterinary medicine. Her journey into the world of massage therapy began when she researched its benefits and experienced them firsthand.
